California Museum Welcomes Erin Clancey as New Executive DirectorThe California Museum is pleased to announce the appointment of Erin Clancey as the Museum’s new executive director. Clancey, a visionary museum executive with over 25 years of experience shaping major cultural institutions, will assume the role in September 2026. She will be succeeding Amanda Meeker, who recently retired from her 28-year career at the California Museum.
